We began the process of building our long planned dream house with considerable trepidation. People besieged us with horror stories of bad builders and a long list of things that went wrong. We weren't over brimming with confidence!
Andrew changed all of this for us. He was prepared to spend time explaining details to us, answering our many questions and was always available, often at short notice, to discuss progress and changes we wanted to make.
As I did my own landscaping, I spent a considerable amount of time on site and was able to see on an almost daily basis the competency and efficiency with which Andrew carried out the many complex tasks and processes involved in construction. He has a trusted, loyal and reliable team of workers and access to the best tradesman and materials available.
Andrew takes great pride in every project that he undertakes and it is obvious that he is not prepared to accept substandard work or materials. He maintains a secure, well organized and tidy building site.
A number of our colleagues have requested the name of our builder when embarking on their own building projects and we have been extremely happy to recommend Andrew to them knowing that they will be happy with their building experience as we have been.
